Question: I shop at more than one store. Can I arrange my shopping list by store name?
Answer: If you shop for different items at different stores, you can sort
the shopping list by store name using the category field.
From the food database panel or the Shopping list Panel you can create a
category for the store name and then use that category for the shopping item.
When the Shopping list prints it will group items by category.
If you want to group items by store and by description, can create categories
that use store names as a prefix to the item description, such as... "StoreB - fish".

Question: How can I get more recipes for Mealformation software?
Answer: On our website, you can navigate to FOOD/Recipe Database to
find some recipes on display. You should also see the reference to the Mealformation Cookbook.
If you are a licensed Mealformation user you can download the
cookbook and then import the recipes directly into the Mealformation
database.
The Mealformation Cookbook will be updated once a month, as it is our intention to
create a growing database. The major benefit is that these recipes have the ingredient
detail available, and the nutritional content exposed. They can be edited directly in
the Mealformation software.
You can also increase the size of your recipe database by creating a cookbook exchange with
other Mealformation users. You can package all or some of your favorite
recipes into your very own cookbook. Then you could exchange cookbooks with
other Mealformation users.

Question: How could Mealformation be useful, if I am already following a diet plan?
Answer: Mealformation would be a useful tool working in conjunction with any
diet plan. Our menu plan
option allows you to create complete daily menus based on the chosen
plan, so that you could see the nutritional values in summary and in detail. Once the
menu plans are entered, they can be re-used in your food diary with little effort.
