Food Pyramid provides suggested consumption from the basic food groups
at 12 different calorie levels based on age, gender and physical activity level.
SEDENTARY: less than 30 minutes a day of moderate physical activity beyond daily activities.
MOD. ACTIVE: between 30 and 60 minutes a day of moderate physical activity beyond daily activities.
ACTIVE: 60 minutes or more a day of moderate physical activity beyond daily activities.
